Physical Fitness Test
- Hight : 162 CMS
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army Medical standards.
- 1.6 Km Run Group-1 : 7:30 Min.
- Group-2 : UPTO 8 Min.
- Long Jump 10 Feet -Need to qualify
- High Jump 3 Feet – Need to qualify
Provision for Extra Time for One Mile Run in Hilly Terrain Areas.
- (a) Upto 5000 ft – As stated above.
- (b) Between 5000 Ft to 9000 Ft – Add 30 Secs to all timings.
- (c) Between 9000 Ft to 12000 Ft – Add 120 Secs to all timings.
