योग्यता :-

• 12वीं पास के साथ साथ कंप्यूटर का ज्ञान होना अनिवार्य है | आवेदनकर्ता उसी गाँव या वार्ड का होना चाहिए जहाँ के लिए वह ऑनलाइन आवेदन करेगा | 

फ़ील्ड वेरिफिकेशन के लिए ज़रूरी दस्तावेज़

• Recommendation for Fair Price Shop License
• Certificate of Basic Computer Knowledge
• Educational Qualification Certificate (Minimum 10+2 / Intermediate pass)
• Photograph of the applicant
• Signature photograph of the applicant
• Rent / Lease / Agreement / Ownership proof of the premises
• Site Map for the proposed FPS premises
• Undertaking stating that the applicant is not a close family member of the Sarpanch or MC (as per Section 2(1)(r))
• Undertaking confirming that the FPS License has not been cancelled previously (as per Section 4(4))
• Income Proof
