• Height-Havaldar (SAC) :- (Western Himalayan : 163 CM, Eastern Himalayan : 160 CM, Western Plains : 170 CM, Eastern Plains : 169 CM, Central Plains : 168 CM, Southern Plains : 166 CM, Gorkhas / Ladakhis : 157 CM, Andaman & Nicobar Island, Lakshadweep Group including Minicoy (Locals) : 155 CM)
• Running :- 1.6 Km in 6.20 Min. (06.15 Mins For Constable SAC)
• Weight :- According to Height (18 / 50 Kg)
• Pull Up :- Minimum 6
• Chest Expansion :- 77-82 CM.
• 9 Feet Ditch :- Need to Qualify
• Zig-Zag Balance :- Need to Qualify
