• परिवार पहचान पत्रशैक्षणिक योग्यता (8वीं/ 10वीं/12वीं) के प्रमाण-पत्र
• चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र
• जाति प्रमाण-पत्र SC/SC deprived/BCA/BCB/PH/
• EWS (of General category) /EXServiceman (ESM)etc.
• यदि 8वीं/ 10वीं/12वीं में आपके प्राप्तांक CGPA मं हैं तो प्रतिशत में प्राप्त अंक गणना करके रखें।
• अपना नवीनतम फोटो।
• हरियाणा स्थाई निवासी प्रमाण-पत्र /अडोमोसाईल
• पिताविहीन / अनाथ / विधवा / विधवा की संतान का प्रमाण-पत्र
• संस्थानों की सूची जहां आप दाखिला लेना चाहते हो। व्यवसायों की सूची (प्राथमिकता के आधार पर घटते कम में) ।
• अपना बैंक खाता नं० IFSC कोड इत्यादि ।
