• हरियाणा स्थाई निवासी प्रमाण-पत्र /अडोमोसाईल
• पिताविहीन / अनाथ / विधवा / विधवा की संतान का प्रमाण-पत्र ( यदि लागू हो तो )

दाखिला प्रक्रिया

• The schedule of counselling, admissions and start of classes shall be in conformity with the schedule laid down by Indian Nursing Council / State Government/Haryana Nurses & Nurse Midwives Council.

• ANM Course :- 12th Class Passed, Only Females Candidates are Eligible.
• GNM Course :- 12th Passed / ANM, Both Male & Female Candidates Eligible.
• MPHW (M) :- 12th Class Passed, Only Male Candidates are Eligible.
